The Role of the Parish Panel

To train leaders in good practice.
To ensure that all the necessary administration for the positions of youth leaders within the parish is completed.
To interview and where appropriate offer positions in youth work.
To be a point of contact for any adult or child who needs someone to talk to.
The panel’s role is legally binding and the panel must report regularly to the Select Vestry.
